People are usually afraid to take strikes and these fears can be different.
Fear of pain, to get injuries and damages, loss of consciousness, acquired fears in life, the result of negative experiences and situations, accidents.
There is a special methodology how to prepare the mind and body to take the strikes with minimal damage.
Complex of special breathing and physical exercises allow you to remove fears and control your state, to control certain groups of muscles to protect internal organs upon strikes and quick recovering after strikes.
This seminar will be interesting for practitioners of different martial arts, and for all contact sports players ( e.g. Rugby, hockey, football, basketball, handball, etc.).
