Eugeniy has 27 years of service in special forces, and was instructor of Spetznaz. Released hostages, participated in military actions. Has government awards. He retired with the rank major of special forces.
Champion of Russia in WUSHU SANDA, in the beginning of 90-x. In the late 90's he won in different tournaments between special forces. All his fights he finished in 1 or 2 round with KO.
He meet with Valentin Talanov in 2002.
