The continuation of training. Combining the legs work with the hands. Work in movement.
In legs work very important things are: distance, kick accuracy and body balance.
Distance - the most effective leg work occurs on the "hand distance", thus your partner doesn't see your legs and doesn't feel any danger from them.
Accuracy - the power of a kick is not so important as accuracy - like in punches it's better to aim between the muscles and the points of the muscle fastenings...
